This program is on hold pending new Medicare changes for wound care.
Your amniotic sac can save lives!
Donation of your amniotic sac does not interfere with encapsulation. This part of the placenta is normally discarded and not encapsulated.
These bandages are used in the treatment of non-healing wounds such as diabetic ulcers, bed sores, and wounds on burn victims.
One amniotic sac can make as many as 75 bandages!
Hill Country Placentas will give you $50.00 off of your encapsulation fee if you choose to donate the amniotic sac.
You will need to fill out a consent form and donor medical history form. These are sent through DocuSign and are HIPAA compliant. There is also a blood test that may be needed for quality control. This can be done 30 days before or after birth and can by done by your medical provider or Stratos Wellness’s in- house phlebotomist can visit you at your home at your convenience. There is no charge to the patient at all.
